How long have you been in business?
RPM opened in 1982 in Rohnert Park
What is your primary product or service?
We are a complete automotive repair and machine shop and we also offer tuning service on our dynojet chassis dyno.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
This ia a family business, my father started the machine shop in Mill Valley in 1972.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
we are committed to quality work and customer service, our goal is for every customer to experience true customer service and feel apart of the family at RPM. We also offer more services at our facility than any other shop, we are truly a one stop shop.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
we have one location now and there is no plan to expand beyond this at this time, I believe that we can better serve our customers from this central location in Sonoma County.

From north an south 101 take Rohnert Park Expressway to the west side of freeway, go west to Labath Ave and turn right. you will pass the Highway Patrol station on right and your first left is Martin Ave, we are around the corner on the right. we have a neon sign in the window.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, amex, discover, Atm, paypal
Which areas do you service?
We primarily serve Rohnert park, Cotati, Pengrove, we have a lot of customers that come from a further distance which I think speaks to our customer service and commitment to quality.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Brad Reich and Wife Fran own the company, Brad Reich is the general manager.
What are your hours of operation?
8-5 Monday-Friday and Saturdays by appointment
